Build-up (aisle carpets)
Friday, September 16, 2010: Aisles must be kept clear for carpet laying starting at 6 p.m. No use of vehicles and forklift trucks inside the halls after aisle carpets have been laid.

From September 9 - 25, 2011 the project management team is reachable on site at the project management office, located at Foyer West near the entrance of Hall B1.

Free exhibitor passes will be distributed as follows: up to 15 sqm stand space 3 exhibitor passes, for each additional 15 sqm stand space 1 pass, however not more than a total of 25 passes. Co-exhibitors will receive 1 free pass. Passes will be mailed when all accounts have been settled from the end of August, 2011. Ordered parking tickets will be mailed together with the invoice from the end of August, 2011.
We will provide uniform stand signs in the halls for boat exhibitors only. The signs show stand number, national flag and name of the exhibitor. The lettering of the sign allowes 2 lines with max. 15 characters each.
The booking of stand space is basically without walls. If you require any walls please order with form no. 11/11a.
Contrary to § 10 of the General Exhibition Guidelines, direct sales are permitted on condition that the sale of articles does not interfere with the presentation of the stand.
